The NIEBNA By-laws require that at least one General Membership Meeting be held in each calendar year. The date, venue and agenda for General Membership Meetings are determined by the Board. The Board will designate one of the General Membership Meetings in a year as the NIEBNA Annual General Membership Meeting at which, among other topics and agenda items, the Board of Directors election will be a required item of business.
