The main focus of the meeting was the impending change of command from Inspector Kathy Waite to Inspector Todd Loining effective July 24, 2016. The change was announced on July 5, 2016 by Chief Harteau as part of a normal rotation personnel — Inspector Waite and Inspector Loining are exchanging precincts.
