“Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC) has closed on the purchase of the entire Superior Plating site. on June 5, 2015 LMC made application to the City of Minneapolis for necessary permits and is scheduled to be on the Planning Commission agenda on July 6, 2015. Construction is planned to start in late 2015.
