Task Group #5

The Fifth Superior Plating Task Group (SPTG5) was called into existence by the NIEBNA Board on October 23, 2015 to work with Lennar Multifamily on the development of this keystone site in the neighborhood.

Status

The task group has finished its work. After months of meetings on January 22, 2015, the task group recommended to the NIEBNA board to support the project as proposed by the developer.

Presentation by Lennar to the Planning Commission Committee of the Whole (CoW)

Lennar presented their current revised design to the Planning Commission Committee of the Whole (CoW) on April 2, 2015. This is a semi-formal way for the Commission to get advance information and give feedback regarding projects that are scheduled to come before the Commission for formal approval in the near term. For projects of any size this is a common early step in the overall approval process.  Presentation package (73 MB PDF file) here.

Final Meeting and Recommendation

On January 21, 2015, the Task Group had their final meeting. A final recommendation to propose to the board at its January board meeting was made.
